This privacy policy applies to the mobile game Color Sort: Water Puzzle (Android package com.suyga.colorsort, also on the App Store) developed and published by Suyga (https://suyga.com), the developer named on the app's Google Play and App Store listings. Color Sort: Water Puzzle needs no account or registration. We do not sell personal data. Ads and analytics are described below; you can give or withdraw consent at any time.

Data stored on your device

Level progress, settings, language and your consent choice are stored only on your device. Uninstalling Color Sort: Water Puzzle removes this data.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

Color Sort: Water Puzzle shows ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may process your device's advertising ID, IP address, device information and ad interaction events to show and measure ads and prevent fraud. Personalised ads are shown only if you consent (via the consent prompt on first launch, where required); otherwise non-personalised ads are shown. On iOS, tracking happens only if you allow it in the App Tracking Transparency prompt.

Analytics and crash reports (Google Firebase)

Color Sort: Water Puzzle uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to collect app interaction events, crash logs and diagnostic data, together with an app instance / device identifier, so that we can fix bugs and improve the game. This data is not used to identify you personally.

Purchases

The optional "Remove Ads" in-app purchase is processed entirely by Google Play or the App Store. Suyga never receives your payment card details.

Data sharing

Data listed above is shared only with Google (AdMob, Firebase) as our service provider for the purposes described. We do not sell data. Google's processing is governed by policies.google.com/privacy.

Children

Color Sort: Water Puzzle is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights and data deletion

Under the GDPR, Turkish KVKK and other laws you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data and withdraw consent at any time. See Color Sort data deletion or email [email protected]. You can also reset your advertising ID in your device settings.

Retention and security

On-device data stays until you uninstall the app. Analytics data is retained by Firebase for up to 14 months; crash data for 90 days. We take reasonable measures to protect data.
