This policy covers the mobile games and apps published by Suyga on Google Play and the App Store (the "Apps"). Our browser-based gaming lounge at suyga.com is covered by its own Privacy Notice. Contact: [email protected].

Summary

• No account or registration is required to play the Apps.
• We do not sell personal data.
• Where an App shows ads or collects analytics, you are asked for your choice on first launch and can change it later in Settings > About.

Data stored on your device

Progress, settings, language and your consent choice are stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the App removes this data.

Advertising and analytics

Some Apps may display advertising through ad networks (such as Google AdMob or Unity LevelPlay mediation partners) and may use Firebase Analytics for aggregate, non-identifying usage statistics. These services may process device identifiers (such as the advertising ID), IP address, and usage events. Personalised ads are shown only if you consent; otherwise non-personalised ads are used. On iOS, tracking happens only after you allow it in the App Tracking Transparency prompt. Each App section below states what is actually active in the published version.

Purchases

If an App offers in-app purchases (for example removing ads), payment is handled entirely by Google Play or the App Store. We never receive your payment card details.

Children

The Apps are general-audience and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and Turkish KVKK) you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent at any time. Email [email protected]. You can also reset your advertising ID in your device settings.

Retention and security

Data collected by third-party services is retained according to their own policies (Google: policies.google.com/privacy). We take reasonable measures to protect data we handle.

We will update this page and its date when practices change.

App: Block Puzzle (com.suyga.blockpuzzle)

Current status: no account, no server-side storage of your data; game progress and settings are stored on your device. The App includes a first-launch choice for personalised or non-personalised ads. Advertising, analytics and purchase services are added only when integrated in a published version, and this section will be updated accordingly before they go live.

App: Divinora (com.suyga.divinora)

Divinora is a fortune and horoscope app. We process: account data (name, email, profile ID via Google/Apple sign-in), birth date/time and zodiac information, images you upload for fortune readings, credit balance and usage records. Data is stored with Google Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Functions) and used only to deliver readings, manage in-app credits and improve the service; it is not sold. The app may show ads (Google AdMob) and uses Firebase Analytics. To delete your account and data see suyga.com/veri-silme or email [email protected].
