These terms apply to the mobile games and apps published by Suyga (the "Apps"). By installing or using an App you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Apps on your devices for non-commercial entertainment purposes.
Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or redistribute the Apps, circumvent technical protections, use cheats or automation that harm the experience of others, or use the Apps unlawfully.
Purchases and ads
In-app purchases, where offered, are processed by Google Play or the App Store and are subject to their terms and refund policies. Virtual items have no cash value. Apps may show advertising as described in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The Apps, including code, art, audio and trademarks, belong to Suyga or its licensors. Third-party assets are used under their respective licences.
Disclaimer and liability
The Apps are provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Suyga is not liable for indirect or consequential damages or for loss of game progress.
Changes and termination
We may update the Apps or these terms. Continued use means acceptance. We may suspend access for violations of these terms.
