Block Fall – Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the mobile game Block Fall (Android package and iOS bundle com.suyga.blockfall) developed and published by Suyga (https://suyga.com), the developer named on the app's Google Play and App Store listings. "We", "us" and "Suyga" refer to the developer. Contact: [email protected].

Summary

Block Fall needs no account or registration. We do not sell personal data. The game shows non-personalised ads from Google AdMob, downloads game settings from suyga.com and, only when you buy something, sends the purchase receipt to suyga.com to verify it. It contains no analytics SDK.

Data stored on your device

Level progress, stars, your crystal balance (the in-game currency), boosters, daily reward and wheel state, purchases, settings and language are stored on your device. Uninstalling Block Fall removes this data.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

Block Fall shows rewarded and interstitial ads served by Google AdMob. Ads are always requested as non-personalised. AdMob may still process your IP address, device information, the advertising ID (Android) and ad interaction events to show and measure ads, limit frequency and prevent fraud.

Consent (GDPR / Google UMP)

Where required (for example in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland), Google's User Messaging Platform shows its consent form when the game starts. You can change your choice later by clearing the app's data or reinstalling it, which shows the form again.

iOS

On iOS, ads are always non-personalised. Block Fall does not show the App Tracking Transparency prompt and does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA).

Game settings from suyga.com

The App downloads game settings (for example ad frequency, wheel and crystal prices) from Suyga's server (suyga.com). These requests carry no installation ID or other identifier; like any request to suyga.com, they appear in the web server's access logs.

Purchases

Crystal packs and the optional "Remove Ads" purchase are processed entirely by Google Play or the App Store. Suyga never receives your payment card details. To check that a purchase is genuine and to give its reward only once, the App sends Suyga's server (suyga.com) the purchase receipt (the Google Play purchase token or the App Store transaction ID), the product ID and a random installation ID used only for purchases. Our server confirms the purchase directly with Google Play or Apple and records the product, the store's order number, the purchase time, the store country, the price and currency, and any later refund; for Google Play it keeps only a one-way hash of the purchase token. This record is not linked to your name, email address or any account, your IP address is not stored with it, and it is used only to verify purchases, prevent fraud and handle refunds. The record is kept for 10 years from the purchase and then deleted; to have it deleted sooner, email [email protected] with the order number from your store receipt.

Data sharing

Ad data is processed by Google (AdMob) as our service provider; purchase receipts go to Suyga's server, which checks them with Google Play or Apple. We do not sell data. Google's processing is governed by policies.google.com/privacy.

Children

Block Fall is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights and data deletion

Under the GDPR, Turkish KVKK and other laws you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data and withdraw consent at any time. See Block Fall data deletion or email [email protected]. On Android you can also reset your advertising ID in your device settings.

Retention and security

On-device data stays until you uninstall the app. Purchase records are kept as described above. We take reasonable measures to protect data.

Changes

We will update this page and its date if our practices change.
