Block Fall – Data Deletion Request

Block Fall, developed by Suyga, does not require or create a user account. You can still ask Suyga to delete any data associated with your use of the app at any time (GDPR / KVKK).

How to request deletion

1. Email [email protected] with the subject "Block Fall data deletion".
2. If you made a purchase, include the order number from your store receipt so we can find its record.
3. We confirm and complete the request within 30 days.

Data deleted

Progress, crystals and settings are stored only on your device and are deleted by uninstalling the app or clearing its data in device settings. Purchase verification records on suyga.com are deleted on request.

Data kept

Purchase records are also held by Google Play / the App Store as required by law and cannot be deleted by Suyga. Ad data processed by Google AdMob can be limited by resetting or deleting your advertising ID in device settings.
