The essentials
- Suyga is free to play. Chips are virtual and have no cash value.
- There is no real-money gambling, no purchases of chips and no withdrawals.
- You must be 18 or older, and one person may hold one account.
- Play fair. Bots, cheating, collusion and abuse can lead to a suspended account.
Agreement and who we are
These terms govern your use of the Suyga website and games at suyga.com (the “Service”), provided by Suyga (“we”, “us”).
Suyga is operated by , .
By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Who can use Suyga
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. Do not use the Service where it is not permitted by the law that applies to you. If we find that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will close it.
Your account
- Give accurate details, and keep your email address up to date so you can recover your account.
- One person may hold one account. Do not sell, share, lend or transfer an account.
- Keep your password secret and use a unique one. We recommend turning on two-factor authentication on the account security page.
- You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us quickly if you think someone else has accessed it.
- Choose a username that is not offensive, misleading or someone else’s name or brand. We may change or remove names that break this rule.
Virtual chips
- Chips are a virtual item for play only. They have no cash value and are not money, property or a financial product.
- You cannot buy chips, sell them, cash them out, win prizes with them or exchange them for anything of real value. We do not offer purchases or withdrawals.
- Each game keeps its own chip balance. Chips cannot be moved between games or between players.
- We may give free chips, such as daily bonuses, and may change how and how many we give.
- Chips are not a debt we owe you. If your balance reaches zero, or your account closes, you have no claim for compensation.
- You must not trade chips or accounts for money or goods outside Suyga, and you must not use Suyga to run any real-money game.
Entertainment only
Some Suyga games resemble casino games, such as Poker, Blackjack and Slots. Because chips have no real value, nothing you win or lose has a financial result. Doing well at Suyga does not mean you would do well at real-money gambling, and Suyga does not encourage it. See Responsible Play.
Fair play and prohibited conduct
You must not:
- use bots, scripts, solvers in real time or other automation, or any software that gives an unfair advantage;
- collude with other players, share hole cards or enter games together to take advantage of others, or deliberately lose chips to another player (“chip dumping”);
- open multiple accounts, or use an account to gain free chips repeatedly;
- exploit bugs or errors, or tell others how to do so. Please report them to us instead;
- harass, threaten or discriminate against other people, or post unlawful, hateful or sexual content in names or chat;
- try to access another person’s account or our systems, probe or overload the Service, or scrape it in bulk;
- reverse engineer, copy or resell the Service, or break the law with it.
Our actions, staff adjustments and appeals
To keep the Service fair and working, our staff and systems may, where we think it is reasonable:
- add, remove, reverse or reset chips, for example to fix an error, a failed game round, a bug or an unfair gain;
- warn you, limit features, suspend an account for a time, or close it permanently;
- hold or cancel a game round that did not complete correctly, and use our records to decide the result.
Our records of chips and game rounds are the authoritative record of your balance. If you think we made a mistake, write to [email protected] with your username and what happened, and we will review it.
Our content and yours
The software, artwork, sounds, card and table designs, and the Suyga name and logos belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, limited, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Service for your own entertainment. You keep rights in what you submit, such as an avatar, and you allow us to display it in the Service. You must have the right to use anything you submit.
Availability and changes to the Service
We try to keep Suyga running, but we do not promise it will always be available or error free. Games may pause for maintenance, updates or faults. We may add, change or remove games and features. If a game is interrupted, the result is decided from our records and we are not responsible for chips affected by an interruption.
Third-party services
Signing in with Google, Facebook or Apple is subject to those companies’ terms. We are not responsible for their services.
Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises about it other than those written here, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of virtual chips, which have no real value. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for intentional or grossly negligent conduct. Your mandatory rights as a consumer where you live are not affected.
Ending your account
You can stop using Suyga at any time and ask us to delete your account at [email protected]. Deleting an account ends your access and your chips, and cannot be undone. See the Privacy Notice for what happens to your data. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if we must by law, or if we stop offering the Service. We will give notice where that is reasonable and lawful to do so. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as ownership and liability, continue after your account ends.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when the Service or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. We will tell you about important changes in the Service or by email before they take effect. If you keep using Suyga after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms. If you do not accept them, you can stop using the Service and close your account.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by , without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of the place where you live.
Before starting a formal dispute, please contact us so we can try to resolve it. Nothing here stops you from using any right to go to a court or a consumer body that you have under mandatory law.
